Jeff Leatham’s floral optical illusion at Kim Kardashian’s makeup launch

Jeff Leatham has proved once again why celebrities have him on speed dial after a spectacular showcase at Kim Kardashian’s makeup line launch.

The floral stylist, who is known for his innovative designs and ground breaking creations, transformed a small room in the reality star’s home into a kaleidoscope of blushing blooms.

Using his now trademark reflection technique, Leatham used mirrored walls and flooring to create the spectacular optical illusion, with guests appearing to walk on roses.

For once, attendees forwent the classic Kardashian selfie photo booth and opted to pose up a storm inside Leatham’s dream-worthy creation.

The floral artist has long incorporated reflective surfaces in his work, often using high-gloss ornaments or mirrored table tops to create his opulent mirages, however, this recent display is a pretext to more extreme grandeur to come.

While hanging flowers have become a staple of 2017 weddings, this fantastical concept is set to become a major trend, with Leatham’s growing popularity sure to create a slew of replications.

If you don’t have the budget of a Kardashian, the easiest way to recreate this style is by using a mirrored tabletop with a floral arrangement suspended above it or sitting directly on top. Most Instagram-worthy wedding of the year status guaranteed.
