This Couple Had A Coachella Themed Boho Wedding

A sunrise proposal at Sealy Lookout in Coffs Harbour, followed by a weekend of romantic activities was how it all started for loved-up couple Brooke and Christopher.

“We had three whole days to ourselves in our little bubble of love before we announced the proposal to anyone.”

For the wedding, the couple wanted to keep things simple and natural, with a Coachella/festival theme to allow their guests to simply celebrate, without all of the fuss. And when it came to the bride’s dress, Brooke says it was all up to fate.

“I had created a dress inspo album on Pinterest and pinned Anna Campbell‘s ‘Sydney Dress’, without even realising who the designer was. A few months later, while with my Aunty in Melbourne, I Googled for boutique stores and a link for Anna Campbell with the tagline ‘Bohemian Bridal’ came up, which was exactly what I was after. I saw the ‘Sydney Dress’ on their page and booked my appointment right then and there!”

At the reception, the bride and groom had an antique dressing table set up with jars of glitter and face paint for guests to decorate themselves with.

“Later in the evening, I stepped back for a moment and I saw all the glittery faces around me, every single one of our guests was smothered in glitter and I just smiled. It warmed my heart to see everyone had embraced our vision, however different and weird it was, everyone joined in.”

For the two day wedding, the couple surrounded themselves with their nearest and dearest, all of whom were excited to celebrate the beautiful marriage. By the end of the night, there was no doubt that it was a fun and relaxed wedding that no one would be soon forgetting.

Congratulations to Brooke & Christopher!
