Saudi couple Salma and Bader chose to have their destination wedding in Dubai, where they turned to Zainab Alsalih of Carousel, to transform their dream wedding into a reality.

Timeless bride Salma stunned in a long-sleeved classic gown by Lebanese designer Basil Soda, complemented beautifully with show-stopping emerald Chatila jewels and Swarovski encrusted nude Jimmy Choo’s.

A classical girl at heart, Salma wanted her wedding to be timeless and romantic, and the end result was an art deco inspired feel emanating the softness and romance that she was after.

The focal points of the room, the bridal stage, was adorned beautifully in floral trees and flowers in white pots, gold frosted mirrors in deco patterned white frames. The stunning centerpieces, sitting atop blush table linens encrusted with Swarovski crystals,  were a combination of orchids, hydrangeas, peonies and tlips in various shades of pink and white in crystal vases adding to the opulent glamour of the room.

The entire space was romantically lit with hundreds of candles and one of the stunning focal points of the wedding was the cake, designed by celebrity pastry chef Lori Hutchinson,  who flew all the way from Canada to spend seven full days putting together the magnificent 7 tier cake with hundreds of sugar flowers that she hand crafted over a period of two months.
