REAL WEDDING: ATEFEH & MOEIN

We’ve got just one word for this. Wow. And if you gave us another word, it would just be wow again.

So, when it comes to Atefeh and Moein’s wedding, we think it’s best to leave the explanation to the bride herself.

The colour scheme for the wedding was inspired by the dried damask rose petals I received on the day of my official proposal from the groom’s family. The damask rose tree was planted the day my husband was born and the dried flower petals had kept their fragrance for all those years. I worked hard alongside Zainab at Carousel Weddings to bring the concept to life and the wedding was named “Pink Whispers.” This describes the theme perfectly.

When it came to the flowers, the most important thing was the colour palette rather than the variety of flowers that were featured at the wedding. Beautiful pink roses and hydrangeas were mixed with white roses and freesias to soften the look. The flowers really helped to bring the whole theme to life. It’s these details that bring the whole concept together and leave a lasting impression with guests.
