Real Wedding: An Inspiring Chic Wedding in California!

Okay Fairies! So here’s some background info on Chelsie and Rodd – and trust us you’ll want to read more on their Inspiring Chic Wedding!

The pair met on May 9^th, 2013 at Cal State University, Northridge. Rodd, being the ultimate gentleman that he is, offered to help Chelsie design and decorate her new apartment. Of course this required long hours in the day and night, but neither one could complain – they became inseparable.

Fast-forward to the 13^th of February 2014, Rodd had organised to take his lovely lady to the city of romance, Paris. They spent the day navigating through the sights and devouring French delicacies. Not knowing however, the full length of his plans, Chelsie had presumed it was in celebration of her birthday which was in a couple of days. The 14^th of February rolled in, yes Fairies, Valentines days! – And it was game on!

Although Chelsie’s morning began with a severe case of feeling hangry, the pair eventually made their way to the river bank for their private boat tour. As the boat swished and glided above the water and below the Eiffel Tower, Rodd’s eyes wondered to the shore desperately waiting to gain a glimpse of the French photographer he had hired to capture the moment! Running out of ideas to keep Chelsie distracted, Rodd grew more and more anxious. Until finally he found his photographer, whom grinned, and with a cheeky wink reassured Rodd that he was prepared for the moments ahead. Rodd then declared his love for Chelsie, promising her the family and life of her dreams as he kneeled on one knee and proposed!

Their wedding day at the Bacara Resort and Spa, California, was long awaited, but nothing short of everything the pair had imagined. Complete with a flower wall and floral chandelier, the ballroom resembled a heavenly bliss. Let’s also not forget the eight Tier cake that was seven feet tall!
