Two words. Elie Saab. Another two words. Dream wedding.
The nuptials of Ali and Lana have left us speechless. Their lavish celebration has taken luxury weddings to a whole new level. A league of its own. Brides, be warned, you may need to be seated as you scroll through this wedding, which can only be described as heavenly.
From Lana’s Elie Saab Couture dress and veil, to the phenomenal Louis Vuitton-inspired floral Ferris wheels which towered inside their reception venue, we felt as though we had been transported to a fantasy land. The exact look and feel Lana was hoping to achieve.
The couple exchanged their vows at the bride’s parents’ house in the South of Lebanon, before making their grand entrance to their reception, which was held at BIEL – one of Beirut’s biggest venue halls.
Adorned from top to bottom with real, white orchids on all four walls, LED lights and plasma screens, the reception was transformed into a romantic fairy-tale for their 1,060 guests.
A section of the larger than life reception was dedicated to the decadent sweets, which were displayed on mirrored tables stretching out for metres.
Crystal glass dinnerware was perfectly placed on each table, along with white roses and tulips. Guests were entertained by some of Lebanon’s biggest music stars, before the bride and groom cut their 7-tier mile-high rose covered cake.
Looking at this wedding once definitely won’t satisfy us, we can’t stop looking! We feel humbled and blessed Ali and Lana chose to share their special day with Wedded Wonderland.
