The world’s arguably most famous couple has finally welcomed baby number three!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West chose to have their third child via surrogate after Kim struggled with health issues during her first two pregnancies.

While the surrogate mother remains anonymous, it was announced she had given birth on January 16th at 12:47am.

Kim took to her website to announce the arrival of Chicago West, who they are referring to as Chi.

Weighing in at 7lbs 6oz (that’s about 3.3kg for us Australians), Kim posted the following about the newest addition to the Kardashian-West family to her site:

“Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.
